Each NLS Dealership luminaire distribution features our silicone optic longevity system when it comes to maintaining initial light levels. Competitors Acrylic and Polycarbonate lenses yellow or chalk blocking light from the optic chamber creating excessive heat which results in accelerated and unpredictable light depreciation lowering light levels and shortening the usable life of the installation. Acrylic and Polycarbonate lenses are not warranted by most reputable outdoor lighting manufacturers for even one year. Dealership fixtures are typically high wattage and operate at higher temperatures where silicone optics are truly a benefit and a must for dealership owners.

Keeping Inventory Safe

Light levels are recommended to be at least a 10 foot candle average according to the Illuminating Engineer Society to protect millions of dollars worth of inventory as well as the security of night time after hour security. NLS achieves this recommended light level with both our T4 Long and T5 Wide Automotive Distributions while minimizing the number of poles, luminaires, and energy.
